Villa Las Vegas is a spectacular villa, ideal for large groups or more than one family holidaying together, wanting space and comfortable living at a prime location in Vilamoura. This stunning 8 bedroom holiday home (5 of which have their own en-suite bathrooms) is perfect for both indoor and outdoor living. Outside there is a superb private heatable swimming pool (pool heating as an optional extra) with a bridge crossing over the middle of it for picturesque holiday photographs, surrounded by a lawn garden with sunbeds for lounging and an outside shower for you to make the most of the summer sun. At the rear of the house is a full sized, flood lit tennis court with its own changing rooms and showers plus 4 brick built traditional BBQs and seating that will comfortably accommodation everyone staying at the villa. Inside Villa Las Vegas, from the stunning entrance hall you can see the quality and elegance that runs throughout the whole house. Your holiday home is equipped with the highest quality of furnishings and fittings, from the Bose surround sound system, to the light fittings on the ceiling of the living room and bar area. The property provides satellite television, free WIFI and air conditioning throughout. The kitchen is extremely spacious and fully equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. On the ground floor there are also 4 large double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. On the lower floor are situated 4 bedrooms (one of which is en-suite), an extra bathroom, gym equipment, a large games room with pool table, football table, card and games table and ping pong and a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. There are multiple parking spaces for cars within the grounds once passing through the electric gates. Villa Las Vegas is located in the beautiful region of Vilamoura, renowned for its fabulous golf courses and the famous marina. Everything you may need is within close range. Two quality large supermarkets, bars and restaurants are located within a 5-minute drive and it is the perfect spot from which to enjoy and explore the Algarve. The acclaimed Dom Pedro Pinhal Golf Course, one of Vilamoura´s renowned 5 courses of Dom Pedros Golf collection that are a mandatory stop for golfers in the Algarve, is close by. All of the 5 golf courses, and a few more, are within a short drive of the Villa. The Aquashow Water Park, one of the biggest in the region, is also within a 10 minute drive. Villa Las Vegas is the perfect choice for a private and delightful time in close proximity to everything you may require for your holiday, and to enjoy Vilamoura, with its lively Marina and Casino, quality restaurants, bars, shops, Golf, and all it has to offer. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: € 300 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 16 people. • From the 17th to the 22th people an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed (for only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week) The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. ***Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
