Entrance Entry into the lobby of the block of 6 apartments is via a front door operated by a video intercom system. The marble staircase leads to the Penthouse apartment where there is access to only one other apartment on this floor. A solid front door with triple locking security system provides entry to the apartment, which then leads into the bright and spacious open plan living area. Living Space The spacious lounge area to the front of this Penthouse, 2 bedroom apartment offers comfortable seating with a double sofa and 2 large soft comfy chairs. The chairs face towards the floor to ceiling sliding doors over the spectacular view to the sea. The sofa faces the flat screen TV which offers a selection of European channels to suit all nationalities. Between the seating area is a glass coffee table adding a great practical feature to the space. There is both air conditioning and a ceiling fan in the living area.
