This one-bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4 guests and comprises the entire second floor of this beautifully restored Victorian building. Large sash windows fill the space with an abundance of light. The apartment has been stylishly designed and is a typical Bloomsbury property providing a lovely temporary home for guests, be it families, tourists or those travelling for work. The Space: The bedroom and en-suite are situated to the rear of the apartment providing a quieter space away from the pedestrianised street below. The kitchen is well equipped, suitable for cooking substantial meals and stocked at the start of your stay with basic essentials such as sugar, tea and coffee. The bathroom is an en-suite with shower and towels and premium soaps/shampoos are provided. The apartment has a desk and working area and complementary high speed WiFi is included throughout. Guest Access: Guest will have sole access to the entirety of the apartment. Interaction with Guests: Once your booking has been confirmed we will arrange a check-in time at the property with a member of staff, who will give you the keys and show you around the property, explain how the internet, heating etc. works as well as give you any recommendations you may need. If you would prefer to self check in please let us know and we can facilitate. We will be on hand during your stay to make your stay more enjoyable however we will also give you privacy. The Neighborhood: Bloomsbury is one of the last remaining quintessentially British neighbourhoods in London and is centred around The British Museum, one of the most iconic museums in the world which is round the corner. Bloomsbury is also the literary centre of London, JK Rowling’s publisher is just around the corner. There are also various lovely parks/squares a short walk away, such as Russell Square and Bloomsbury Square which are great to have a walk and enjoy the surrounding architecture in tranquillity. For those who enjoy shopping, eating out or nightlife the apartment is a ten-minute walk to Oxford Street, London’s renowned shopping district and Soho, where you can find great restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Getting Around: Russell Square, Holborn Tube, The new Cross Rail, Cabs, Kings cross train station along with the good old 2 legs are all surrounding the property. You can of course get Ubers or Taxis very easily around London. We recommend that you download Citymapper which is perfect for travelling around London, this will give you more detailed leave/arrival/duration of journey times as well as prices and alternative routes available.
