illa Simone exists of 2 separate buildings. The first building is semi-open and has a lounge area with tv and sound system, a dining table and a well-equipped spacious kitchen.The other building contains 3 bedrooms. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds, AC, flatscreen TV and 2 office spaces. The bedrooms share a bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs is the master bedroom with flatscreen TV, AC, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom and private roof terrace with sea-view. The villa has a private garden with pool, sun loungers and a gazebo. The villa is located in a quiet street just of the main road and away from the hustle and bustle of the touristic areas. It is in a quiet street past homes of locals who will always smile. On a five minute walk is the center of Ungasan, with ATM’s, moneychanger, a large supermarket (Nirmala) and some restaurants. The supermarket has also a water paradise for the kids with slides. Golf resorts are located close to the villa complex, but not on walkable distance. Villa Simone is surrounded by the most beautiful beaches of Bali such as: Balangan, Dreamland, Pandawa, Padang Padang, Uluwatu. The villa manager can help you arranging transport. There are also a lot of good restaurants and beach clubs in the surroundings. The villa will be solely be used by you and your travel companions. There will be staff around to take care of the housekeeping, pool cleaning, garden and to assist you with your special requests. - After confirming a booking, you will receive a link with all arrival information. You can pre-book an airport transfer for 400.000IDR (up to 4 guests) or 550.000 IDR (up to 8 guests). - We do not advise to take an airport taxi as they are not reliable and will not be able to find the villa (if you want to do it, make sure you take all arrival information and the phone number of the villa manager) - We advice to rent a motorbike or car to go around. This gives you freedom and can explore the beautiful south of Bali and its beaches. - A taxi can be ordered at any time and arrive quickly. These are relatively inexpensive.
