Villa Raff is a 3-bedroom 3-bathroom villa with swimming pool. The property has been converted to include a swimming pool lift and also has the necessary supports in an en-suite bathroom, thus being ideally suited for anyone with physical disabilities. On a large plot with only one neighbour, the accommodation consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms; two bedrooms with double beds, both with en-suite bathrooms and one twin bedroom with a bathroom. The large open-plan living/dining area includes a flat-screen television with access to British channels and free WiFi connection. The fully-fitted and equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. Air conditioning is available throughout the property which also provides heat during the winter. The villa has a fenced garden with a covered terrace that offers comfortable seating and an area for al-fresco dining, together with a charcoal barbecue. The village of Carvoeiro is just a short drive away and offers a host of cafés, bars, shops, numerous superb restaurants and various activities such as boat trips to the vast array of caves and caverns in the area. The village also hosts many open-air musical events throughout the summer months There are many beaches close by along with a scuba diving centre, kayaking, pedaloes and much much more. Lagoa is also very close with several large supermarkets where you can stock up on favourite items and a modern shopping mall with clothes shops, domestic outlets and restaurants is 20-minutes away. There are two water parks within a 10-minute drive of the property with the theme park Zoomarine not far away, just a 15-minute drive. Zoomarines main attractions include exhibitions by dolphins, seals and sea lions, an aquarium with sharks, 4D cinema, various rides, attractions and swimming pools. The theme park is also a reception for injured wild aquatic animals that are released back into the wild once they have recuperated. If you are an animal lover, Lagos Zoo is also only a 30- to 40-minute drive away with the monkey islands being a great favourite with children.
