On arrival through a gate in a stone wall and hedgerow that offers plenty of privacy in the residential area, a pretty terrace awaits you with a tall pine tree and plants at the front of Casa Fanos. Filled with natural daylight, the traditional casa boasts stone flooring, whitewash walls, authentic wooden furniture and a tranquil ambience throughout. Through the main door, an airy, open-plan lounge and dining area can be found. The lounge has a traditional stone fireplace and a satellite TV, and comfortable sofas and armchairs. The property has 3 bedrooms, one with twin single beds and one with double bed that share a separate bathroom, the third bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom. Both bathrooms have combined bath/showers. Outside in the garden, a covered terrace overlooks the stunning pool area, with a table and benches where you can enjoy al fresco dining throughout the day. A lawn surrounds the swimming pool and features a fish pond and a birdcage, which is great fun for children. Sunbeds and a parasol for shade overlook the pool, ideal for a relaxing sunbathe while lunch cooks on the built-in brick barbecue within a covered terrace area, along with a sink area. Other new extras are a play area with mini slide, ball and tent, which small children will enjoy.
