The second bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite shower facilities. On the third floor a large bedroom has a queen bed, this bedroom is ensuite as well and has terrace access.  The terrace has a seating set for outdoor dining. Electric usage 30 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included. Cleaning is not included, price is THB 1800 per cleaning. Please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance. Late check in is available on request free of charge.
