Electric usage 30 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included. We require advance payment for electric usage (in case of excess) of 800 baht per day. Will be refunded on check out when settling electric bill. Daily cleaning is not included, cost is 1200 baht and it includes linen and towels change as well.
