With two private bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate living room with a sleeper-sofa you’ve got plenty of room for family. The 1st floor features a spacious living area with TV,a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining area, the master bedroom & bathroom. Glass doors lead from the lounge to a private balcony. The 2nd floor features the second bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony. Each morning from 08:00 till 10:30, we host a buffet breakfast (if you want to join it) offering many different dishes and freshly cooked breads. The Swimming Pool covers an area of 200 sq.m. and includes the main pool and the children’s pool. The pools are surrounded by a sun terrace full of comfortable sun beds and umbrellas, while more active holidaymakers might want to use The Small Villages gym, which is open all day. For those who fancy a bite to eat during the day, the Snack bar boasts of its sandwiches, salads and other dishes. You don’t even need to leave your sun lounger. Our staff is happy to bring you refreshment as you while the day away by the pool or under a tree, while in our restaurant you can enjoy some of the best and freshest seafood or traditional dishes, cooked to perfection and enjoyed under the stars. If you are not yet ready for bed after your meal, the Pool bar is the perfect place for a nightcap. Here, the music mingles with the sounds of nature from the surrounding gardens and makes for a relaxing end to the day. The nearest beach is in 500m distance and an organised beach in 4km. Kos Airport is at a distance of 10km, while the busy town of Kos is 26 km away. Private parking can be found on site.
