This beautiful country villa is located near Comares, the most beautiful white village of the Axarquia, voted PUEBLO MAGICO . It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), a living room with open kitchen, a covered outdoor terrace with BBQ and sink and a build-up pool. Theres outside furniture and comfortable loungers. One bathroom is with walk-in shower, the other with bath. The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, large refrigerator / freezer combi, microwave, dishwasher and hood. There is a washing machine and TV and FREE INTERNET. The house has a fireplace and an air conditioning / heating system. All windows have shutters and fly screens and there is a lockable parking space for 2 cars in front of the house. The villa is exceptionally beautifully situated in the Alqueria, about 1,5 km from Comares. On top of the beautiful surroundings, you also get a micro-climate! Because of its unique location against the mountainside with the view towards the sea, even in winter the temperature is very mild here. That is why, aside from the traditional olive-, almond- and citrus-trees, here grow mangoes, chirimoas, bananas and other tropical fruit. Relaxing is easy here, our house offers complete privacy. You can hike beautifully, also in the immediate vicinity of the house. Comares, that is nearby, is a typical white Andalusian village that has a lot to offer. Follow the ceramic footsteps through the village to discover the Moorish past in the narrow streets. Do you like to be active during your holidays? Comares offers a lot of possibilities. Mountain biking, walking along one of the 6 marked hiking trails or even more adventurous ... The largest Tirolina of Spain is located here with 3 vias ferrata`s and the possibility to glide to the opposite mountain from 436 meters height, along the 110 meters long cables. Our house is the ideal base for day trips to Malaga, Ronda, Granada with its Alhambra, the Mezquita in Cordoba and the world famous hiking path Caminito del Rey in Ardales. The multi-award winning beach of Torre del Mar is only 25 km away. A half hour drive takes you to the commercial center of Velez-Malaga. Nerja, the touristic pearl of the Costa del Sol, with the famous Balcon dEuropa, is nearby and the beautiful lake of Viñuela is certainly worth a little trip. And there is much more to discover!
