We were successful owners and self-employed hoteliers for over 29 years in Whitby, North Yorkshire, UK. and therefore feel we know the hospitality business requirements of our customers expectations. We always endeavour and strive to attain very high standards throughout our villa, making your villa holiday a pleasant and memorable one. Situated in a small village in the region of the popular tourist resort of Paphos, the villa has a private gas heated (on request) swimming pool, a spa hot tub, both with superb sea views. Our detached holiday villa has full air-conditioning and heating units to all the rooms, free WiFi, satellite UK TV channels, all included in the holiday villas rental. The villas accommodation is in 3 large double bedrooms on the first floor all having queen sized double beds, full en-suite facilities, all linen provided and are tastefully furnished sleeping up to 6 persons. On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen and utility wash machine room having the security safe. The kitchen has all modern home from home appliances, including a dish washer so husbands, you can relax. Off the kitchen is the open plan lounge and dining areas that have two large patio doors leading onto the shaded patio with swing hammock and exercise bike. The villa faces South getting all day sunshine with the bonus of those superb sea views and glorious sunsets. The location of the villa Hieros Kepos is in the Paphos village of Koloni, Geroskipou, away from the bustling tourist seafront zones of hotels, restaurants and bars, but just a short 3.5k drive away. The location makes for the ideal accommodation to enjoy a relaxing villa holiday, yet within easy reach of all the tourist hot spots.
