The villa lies within a lovely garden filled with olive trees and offers uninterrupted views to the horizon. Mirò Torca occupies the ground floor of this two-storey home.  From your terrace, you can let your eyes drift across the sparkling blue waves to the Amalfi and Cilento Coasts, the Li Galli Islands and the Bay of Nerano. On a clear day it is even possible to see the Sorrento Peninsula. As it faces south, the terrace enjoys sunshine throughout the day. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deckchair and is the perfect spot to relax. On hot days, there are plenty of shady areas within the 120m2 garden. There is a barbeque for al fresco dining as the sun sets before you. The main open plan living area is accessed via one of two double doors from the terrace. There is a cosy sitting zone, with two sofas, armchair, television and coffee table. The dining area is in a warm country style, with wooden dresser, and a dining table with wooden benches seating eight. The white modern kitchen has everything you will need including a four gas rings, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and Italian coffee maker. There is a washing machine, ironing board and iron. There is air conditioning throughout the apartment, plus an internet Wifi connection. Wi-Fi gratuito The three bedrooms are all simply and comfortably furnished. There are two double bedrooms, and one twin bedroom which can be made up as a double bed if required. The rooms all have lovely views onto the gardens. The two bathrooms are bright and modern, with enclosed shower, wash basin, toilet and hairdryer. Although it is possible to reach Mirò Torca via public transport, a car is recommended for your stay. A private parking space is provided inside the gate. Please note that the final 50m of the road to the villa is very narrow and steep. If you drive a larger vehicle, please contact us to discuss access. Mirò Torca is an ideal base for visiting the olive groves and orange trees of the Punta Campanella, a Marine Protected Area. A little further afield are Pompeii, Capri, Ercolano, the Flegrean Fields, Salerno, Paestum and the enchanting Amalfi Coast. Please note, there will be a final cleaning charge of € 50 added to the rental period at time of the booking. A late check-in surcharge of €30 applies to all arrivals after 10:00pm which must be paid in cash to the host on arrival.
