On the ground floor there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a large open plan lounge and dining area with patio doors opening out onto the terrace and pool area. The villa is air conditioned throughout and also has underfloor heating and a wood burner for the winter months. The outside of the property centres around a large 12 x 6m kidney shaped swimming pool (heating optional at 180 GBP per week). Next to the pool is a covered terrace with a large dining table and chairs and table tennis Set back a little higher in the garden is a lit barbecue terrace area with a circular table and chairs, giving two alfresco dining options at this lovely property. There is also a lawned area with football goal and basketball net, providing a perfect area for children to play safely away from the poolside. The villa is accessed by electric gates and is fully fenced in. It has electric roller shutters and alarm making it a safe and secure place to spend your holiday.
