Villa Dodola is a spacious modern bedroom 5 bedroom villa located in the beautiful town of Ferragudo. The town square with its numerous bars and restaurants is less than a 10 minute walk away. There is also a restaurant on the Vitor village development just a 2 minute walk away. A water taxi from Ferragudo runs between Portimao town, the maina and beach. The villa has a large open plan living and dining room with floor to ceiling windows with a fabulous view of the Estuary and towards Portimao. Large glass doors open into the kitchen which is well equipped with American style fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher microwave and built in coffee machine. There is a separate utility room with washing machine. Outside is a large dining terrace and pool area. There is a large grass area surrounding the pool with football goal, table tennis and table football. There is also a gated terrace with basket ball net. On the ground floor is a double bedroom with glass doors leading to an ensuite with shower. Patio doors lead from this bedroom to the garden. Also on the ground floor is twin bedroom with ensuite shower. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with King size bed, dressing room area and ensuite with bath and shower. Doors lead into a large terrace with panaromic sea view. The fourth and fifth bedroom share a bathroom with bath with shower. The forth bedroom has a four poster double bed and the fifth bedroom has twin beds. Also on the first floor is a playroom with tv, play station and nintenetdo. We can provide stair gates if you are staying with small children. The villa is air conditioned throughout and has free wifi Daily 3 hour maid service IN PEAK SEASON (JUNE-SEPTEMBER) CHANGEOVER DAY IS SATURDAY
