Four high-rise buildings constitute a safe fenced and locked yard between the buildings where only the residents of the buildings can get in. There is a huge pool and plenty of space for games and relaxation under the Spanish sun. The apartment is on the second floor and has a balcony with nice views over the plantations to the mountains. The cozy apartment has 75 m2 of space and it is decorated with good quality furniture. There is a living / dining room, open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony. The living room has a sofa, TV, DVD player, and a "cabinet", which opens to an extra bed. The dining area has a table and seating for six diners. It is a joy to cook in the well equipped kitchen. There is for instance a stove, oven, washing machine, fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, full set of dishes etc. There is a table and chairs on the balcony, so it is a nice place to have a breakfast or a glass of cheap but high quality local wine. Master bedroom has a double bed and the other one two single beds. Both bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes. With the extra bed in living room five people have nice berths in the apartment.
