Villa Kalina is a beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached villa for rent at the Nessebar Gardens complex located in the villa zone between Sunny Beach and Kosharitsa village with an elevated position meaning there is a beautiful sea view down to Sunny Beach. Villa Kalina is just a short distance from Sunny Beach (a 10 minutes drive) but we do recommend hiring a car if you can. Next door is the Bay View Villas complex which has a shuttle bus service, restaurant and shop open only during the high season. The nearest local bus stop is about 10-15 mins walk and from there you can catch the number 4 bus down to Sunny Beach (the stop is opposite Almond Hill Villas) . A little further along the road from there is the Diamond supermarket where you can buy all of your essentials. Villa Kalina sleeps 10 people and it boasts its own private swimming pool with garden and a gas BBQ. It is the perfect place for your summer holidays in Bulgaria. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob etc.. and there is also a washing machine. On the first floor you can find a hallway, living room with kitchen, a toilet, another bathroom and a bedroom. On the second floor is a further 4 bedrooms (one with an en-suite) and a main bathroom. All rooms offer spectacular views. Four from the five bedrooms have air con but the bedroom without is downstairs therefore stays nice and cool. Be warned there can be lots of insects in the summer due to the rural location but thats nature :) There is free high speed wifi throughout the property and parking is available to guests outside. It also has satellite cable TV. We are happy to recommend taxis from the airport and/or for shorter distance trips. Bed sheets and towels are provided. We do not provide laundry changes or a daily cleaning service during guests stays as its a private villa but there is a washing machine for you to use. We do accept groups of friends but it is a QUIET family complex and there are neighbours who have young children therefore noise must be kept to a minimum at night after 22:00. If we receive complaints we have the right to evict tenants from the villa without refund. On checkin we require a refundable deposit of 200 euros per booking as well as passport copies from all guests if 26 years old+ or a family. If the guests are 25 years of age or under the deposit is 50 euros per person with a minimum amount of 200 euros. Any damages must be paid for and the house rules followed. The deposit can be paid in euros, leva or GBP and itll be refunded in the same currency upon checkout. Please get in touch with any questions! :)
