The meticulously maintained property is superbly located on the edge of Arboleas, a traditional Spanish village. A short 850m (1/2 mile) walk on the flat takes you into the heart of the village. Arboleas has all of the daily amenities needed including a medical center, restaurants, banks, shops, post office, supermarket, beauty salons and tapas bars. Another bonus for this Villa’s location is the close proximity of the coast but without the associated congestion at times. The Villa compound is completely walled & gated and provides secure, off-street parking for several vehicles.
