Gulf Beach Place is in a fantastic location, just steps from the 7 mile long famous white sand beach and almost halfway from top to bottom of this quaint ‘Old Florida’ island. There are no roads to cross to get to the beach making this a great location for families. Our pretty condo offers you the perfect place to stay while enjoying all that beautiful Anna Maria Island has to offer. There are several shops and restaurants just a short stroll away, including a beach side restaurant and tiki bar, and the free island trolley bus has a stop just a 5 minute walk away. This two bedroom, two bathroom unit is spacious and comfortably furnished. There are plenty of seating and dining areas allowing everyone a place to relax. Two screened porches link the bedrooms to the main living area. The full kitchen is well equipped with everything you should need to self-cater. We have a refrigerator with ice maker, full size oven, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of quality pots, pans and tableware. There is also a private laundry area right inside the condo with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The large master bedroom with a King size bed and the twin bedded room are set up with luxury white cotton linens. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room with memory foam mattress means up to six people can be accommodated comfortably. There are two full bathrooms, the master has a large walk in shower and the other has a full size bath with a shower over. Outside there is a heated pool that is shared with just seven other units and a barbecue and picnic area with two charcoal grills. You can park two cars in the covered parking bay and store your bikes, golf clubs or extra beach equipment in the private and secure ground level storage room. Go up two flights of stairs and there is a large rooftop deck with tables, chairs and loungers which is accessible to residents only. This is a great area for viewing the magnificent sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico or looking East and watching the sun come up over the mainland. We provide you with beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and beach towels so you can take the few steps down to the beach and relax from the very start of your vacation!
