Inside the villa there are 5 Bedrooms- 4 doubles and one twin. The villa is finished to a high standard; bright white kitchen fittings and brushed chrome appliances, extensive use of marble, imported Italian tiles and other natural products have been used throughout. There is also a spacious open plan lounge and luxury fitted kitchen and air conditioning throughout the property. 4 bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi bath. On the ground floor you will find the lounge, open plan kitchen, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, guest WC and utility room. On the first floor are 3 double and one twin bedroom all with balconies. The property is air-conditioned. Outside on the terrace overlooking the bay there is a large infinity pool, chrome and glass Parapet, landscaped gardens, an alarm and camera security system as well as private parking. Both villas are identical except one is at the front and the other one is at the back. The one at the back doesn’t have the sea view from the poolside but has the sea view from the bedrooms. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid-service: Bathroom towels and bed linen included. If you are staying for more than one week then the villa will be cleaned and linen changed. If you require extra cleans and linen changes then these can be arranged at a fee. Please bring your own beach towels if you require them. Check-in time: 4pm. Check-out time: 10am.
