Villa Kiikas is a charming 4 bedroom villa that can comfortably accommodate 9 people. It is built on 3 levels and combines simplicity and comfort. As you enter the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with dining, lounge and kitchen. On the large sofa with satellite TV & DVD player you will enjoy various international and local channels. The lounge / lounge offers beautiful views of its large windows, the garden, and the sea. You can also enter the garden with the pool and ??Q via the staircase. Also on the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed, which can be split into 2 single beds (be sure to let us know before you arrive) and a bathroom with WC/shower. The internal staircase leads to the 2 large bedrooms, which have 2 bathrooms and 2 double beds, one of which can again be split into 2 single beds upon request. Both upper-floor bedrooms have sea views through the spacious balcony. On both balconies we have a table with chairs to enjoy the view, or a meal of the day. On the lower level you will find another bedroom with private shower / WC. At this level you will find the entertainment area with a pool table, table football and chessboard with a fireplace, a table and a kitchenette. Here you find a Sofa bed which can accommodate a teenager. From this quiet side of the house, you also have access to the garden and the pool. Outside the villa offers full privacy in its beautifully landscaped garden, where you will find aromatic plants, sun loungers and sun loungers. The villa has a private pool for children and adults, as well as a barbecue with a marble large table where you can enjoy your meal under the sunshine or the stars.
