The exterior of this property is perfect to enjoy the good weather on the island thanks to the beautiful 9 x 4 meter chlorine pool with a depth of 1 to 1.70 meters. Next to it you find the barbecue area where you can enjoy a delicious dinner after a day at the beach. The property is fenced and the privacy is total. The house offers two floors and all the necessary comforts for a perfect stay. From the garden we enter the living room with satellite TV which is connected to the dining area through a beautiful arch. The separate kitchen is equipped with a gas and induction hob and a breakfast table. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house has 4 bedrooms, two with a double bed and two with twin beds. All bedrooms are on the ground floor except the last one. Two of them have an en-suite bathroom and the bedroom on the first floor has an en-suite toilet. In addition there is a bathroom with shower on the ground floor for the whole house. Finally, there is central heating for the winter months and we can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. The house is located in one of the most beautiful countryside areas of the island and very close to the sea, although a car is necessary. You will be able to find all the needed services for an independent stay both in Pollensa and in Puerto de Pollensa. In addition to the beach, the area offers a multitude of places to visit such as Formentor, the towns of Pollensa and Alcudia or the fantastic Pollensa golf club. Pets are not allowed.
