Owner is resident in the same building, and therefore at hand for whatever is needed. Mt Pelion is a well known attraction, easy to drive to and lots of outdoor activities there. During the summer, the beaches are very polular, blue flags on most of them, and can also be accessed through public transport. The city of Volos is especially fantastic during the Xmas period with lots of events and breathtaking Xmas decorations of the town. Local information will be provided by owner. English is spoken fluently, as well as some French and an understanding of Italian.
