Villa Martin is an old Istrian house in the small village Pavletici near Kringa, about 21 km from the sea but only 150 meters from an excellent restaurant. Part of the house is Istrian stone from the year 1963 and after some extensions, it was finally fully renovated in 2017. On its own property, enclosed with a high wall, it offers to the guests an outdoor pool of 26 sqm, barbecue, two covered terraces with sitting set and dining table for outdoor dining and parking for two vehicles. Two parking places are also available on the enclosed property of the house owners near Villa Simone. Villa with pool for 8 people of 175 sqm consists of ground floor with fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, shower/toilet and a smaller laundry room. On the first floor, there are four double bedrooms and a shower/toilet. One bedroom with double bed, the second with two single beds, the third with double bed, air conditioning and exit to the balcony, the fourth with double bed, air conditioning, exit to the balcony and a private shower/toilet. IMPORTANT : Air conditioning is available only in 3rd and 4th bedroom on the floor and one in dining room
