Days spent hiking in the mountains and swimming in natural lakes with waterfalls. There are lots of little villages to explore, all of which have their unique feel about them. To get a real feel for the culture, you must try the local cuisine. In this case, drink Sidra (Spanish cider) and enjoy Pulpo a la Gallega, boiled octopus with paprika, and all of the tapas you can.
