Magnificent apartment by the sea on the beach of Royal beach in Calahonda. A natural enclave located in a strategically connected place in the heart of the Costa del Sol just 10 minutes from the center of Marbella, 10 minutes from the white town of Mijas, 20 minutes from Fuengirola or 30 minutes from Torremolinos and the center of Malaga. All this without the need to drive because we have a bus stop right at the entrance of the enclosure. The enclosure has about 8000 meters of garden composed mostly of grass, aromatic plants and a fantastic pine forest to enjoy a little shade next to the magnificent swimming pools. If you want to spend a day in the sun and on the beach, you will only have to take your towel and your favourite snack as we have direct access to a sandy beach. This beach is connected with the Mediterranean footbridge, where you will have many kilometres of walking or cycling by the coast. Our apartment has a large, well-equipped American kitchen where you can cook if you wish. It also has a large bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and a large window overlooking the sea. In the living room you can enjoy magnificent views and great light throughout the day.
