You’ll be in the heart of one of London’s most multicultural neighbourhoods, and enjoying a retreat reflective of this tranquil area. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition. Located on two floors, you’ll be having the security of an above ground level flat, with the space of a fully-sized home. The house has been recently refurbished and redesigned for sale, and looks absolutely stunning, with each room sporting stylish and beautiful furniture. The living room is bright and airy, decorated with salmon pink wall paint, and with some beautifully dressed alcoves. You’ll have verdant views of the surrounding greenery of your area, and also be directly connected to the kitchen area, should you want a cuppa or a light snack. The kitchen has been fully refurbished and stocked with all the necessary amenities and utensils that you’ll need should you wish to eat in. The master bedroom is the centrepiece of the home, and has been stylishly furnished and decorated to be both inviting and luxurious. The two bedrooms are well-sized and feature double beds which can safely accommodate two guests each. There are two bathrooms, one of which features showering & bathing facilities and a toilet for your private usage. You’ll be located on the second and third floor of a converted townhouse, so you’ll be able to enjoy maximum comfort and privacy during your stay. As the home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale, the apartment must be prepared for viewings when they happen. So once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating. You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm. Maida Vale is perhaps one of the most picturesque neighborhoods in the city. You’ll be close to the canals, and several delightful regions in North West London, including Paddington, Notting Hill, and Hyde Park. Close to the property, you’ll find many quaint brunch spots, walks by the water, and a selection of lovely restaurants, too. The home is a short walk from Maida Vale Tube station, which is on the Bakerloo line and can get you into central London within 15 minutes or less. You’ll also have access to several bus routes, which can take you all over the city, albeit a little slower, and if you want to take it low and slow, you can happily walk to several London hotspots in an hour or less! This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time wont be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens. Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
