Theres a dazzling array of things to see and do in the surrounding area, such as visiting the Ubud Art Market, bursting with beautiful ceramics, Balinese furniture and fabrics. Browse through the colourful, ornate handicrafts and practise your bargaining skills with the locals. Ubud is home to many of the islands most spectacular waterfalls. Some cascades are well known, such as Tegenungan Waterfall, with its beautiful scenery, while others are rockier and require swimming. Little-known Kanto Lampo has a fantastic wall of water, perfect for an icy shower to cool down.
