Detached private villa in Dalyan with large private pool. Villa Lords was completed in June 2019 in the beautiful Dalyan. After returning to Dalyan several times, we knew this was the right place to buy our holiday home. Just over 20 minutes from Dalaman airport (we can arrange your transfers), 10 minutes walk to all amenities, it makes it a perfect family friendly option for a relaxed holiday. Catch the boat along the river to the beach or just relax by the private pool for the day. Everything is within easy reach allowing you to settle in with everything you need. Air conditioning is provided free of charge. You don’t even need to take towels or hairdryers – the villa is kitted out with everything you can think of. The villa is around 10 minutes walk to centre of Dalyan where there are many restaurants and bars as well as the restaurants along the bustling river. There are restaurants, shops closer than this as well. No car necessary! It is suitable for families, groups of up to 8 as well as smaller parties. There are 2 double bedrooms, one twin and one bunk beds. The twin is downstairs. Each bedroom has an en-suite or it’s own wetroom so you don’t need to share between more than 2 people. It is equipped with everything you will need for your relaxing break including beach towels, bath towels, all bedding, Xbox and games, TV, Bluetooth speakers, board games and more. Our villa is managed by an English speaking local and any help you need whilst you are there is on hand. Outside areas As most of our time is spent outside, we have thought of every detail to make ours and your precious holiday time as special as possible. Firstly, with a 60sqm swimming pool – enough space to actually swim. There are marble steps down to the pool as well as the usual step frame. It is an infinity pool and the dark pool tiles make it seem even more luxurious. For the little ones, there is a kids pool – perfect for a game of adults versus kids volleyball!. Tiling around the pool is non-slip rather than marble (we don’t want any accidents).
