The Neighborhood: The best way to describe whats great about the neighborhood is by telling you what its not. Miami Beach has a long stretch of condos where theres nothing within walking distance. The main tourist areas are full of traffic and parking can be stressful and difficult. Our location is a great home base because were just on the edge that gets you away from all of that. Theres a free trolley that will take you anywhere you want to go, or take one of our bikes. The beach is less crowded and arguably nicer, with a playground, showers and lifeguard stand within five minutes walking distance from your door. Getting Around: Miami International Airport is just 20 minutes away by taxi. There is a free Miami Beach Trolley that picks up by the building and will take you throughout Miami Beach. We also offer a rental van through Turo. Pickup and drop off is right in our garage. Other Things to Note: The building does not have a pool or gym as the beach is the main attraction. There are some gyms and pools nearby that sell day/week/month passes. House Rules: • No smoking • No pets • Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM
