Next to Piazza Bra is the Roman amphitheatre, Verona Arena, which dates back to the 1st century. For another great day out, visit Monte Baldo (35km) with its plentiful mountain hiking trails and cable car. Also explore the city of Trento (85km), which is full of historic architecture, museums and galleries and is just over an hours drive from the villa.
