As an alternative to the train, less than 1 km boats leave for the Old Port of Genoa, reached through an evocative panoramic navigation. Once you arrive, you are in front of the Bigo and the Sphere of Renzo Piano, the second largest aquarium in Europe, a charming intertwining of alleys that characterize the medieval old town of Genoa "La Superba". At 13 km from Pegli, do not miss the splendid Baia di Boccadasse, where the Genoese spend their sunny afternoons tasting an ice cream on the beach, even in the middle of winter. And also Corso Italia, a seaside promenade full of bars and restaurants, pizzerias and games for children. Take an afternoon to visit Nervi (18 km) easily reached by train. Long scenic walk through towers, rocks, small bays, restaurants on the sea, the castle and the botanical garden. An ancient and rich museum center hosted by the ancient villas will welcome you to discover the magnificent collections of modern and contemporary local art. The proximity to the Riviera dei Fiori will allow you to spend a few days at sea in the beautiful Bergeggi (50 km) and Varigotti (58 km), or to reach Noli (40 km) and Finalborgo (62 km), which are among the most beautiful villages in Italy.
