Holiday home with beautiful private pool located in a small village Hérault. Just after the center of Creissan in the Languedoc, you will find this beautiful residence, neat and comfortable, with independent studio, fully fenced. The beautiful Mediterranean garden, planted with tall palm trees, offers a very exotic atmosphere, ideal for a successful stay, and acquires a garden furniture quality, a petanque and enough space for games for kids. You will enter through the veranda, transformed into a relaxation area with table and chairs, then a few steps will lead you to the dining room, and to the living area, with its sofas and armchairs around the round table, the fireplace and the corner TV. The equipment is comfortable, pleasant and warm. You then find the semi-open kitchen, with a small bar, with all the necessary equipment and enough storage space. The living room leads to the master bedroom, with its patio doors leading to the terrace (and the pool), plenty of storage and an additional TV. Through a small hall, access to a second bedroom with storage. The main part is air conditioned. The studio is on the other side of the pool, separate from the villa. There is a summer kitchen with two gas burners, a small refrigerator, cooking utensils for meals and a barbecue / plancha. The night part of the ground floor of the studio has a room for two people, and the floor accommodates three people with a bed of 120cm wide. There is also a small television. Creissan is a friendly, typically French village of 1100 inhabitants, located 15 km from Béziers, 25 km from the beach and half an hour from Narbonne. In the center of the village you will find a baker, a grocery store and a local winegrower who is open every Wednesday and Saturday. On Tuesday morning, there is a very small market; for a larger market you can go on Friday morning to Puisserguier located 1 km from Creissan. Also present: a post office, a newsagent and a café. You will find larger shops in the surrounding villages, about 10 km away.
