This beautiful holiday home is located in Peroj, not far from the tourist destination Fa�ana. In Peroj you will also find an excavation site from Roman times which you can visit. The house is elegantly furnished. The ground floor is spacious and sunny, with exit to a terrace that is connected to the pool. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one of which has access to a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the sunset, as well as the view over the islands of Brijuni. In the basement there is a tavern for a cosy get-togethers accompanied with a glass of wine and a card game. One SUP board is also available. In just a few minutes you will reach the nearest beach on foot and the beautiful promenade that leads to the picturesque fishing village of Fa�ana, with many Istrian restaurants and taverns serving fish specialities. Fa�ana organizes boat trips to the Brijuni Islands National Park. Also, visit the ancient city of Pula.
