This holiday house is nestled in the Sicilian countryside, a few kilometers from the famous Baroque city of Noto. It is surrounded by a 4500 m² plot with native trees, dividing hedges and flowers. For children there is an equipped area with games, slide and a swing. At the rear of the house is a flourishing olive grove. The outdoor area offers two beautiful and spacious verandas equipped to enjoy evenings in relaxation. The baroque city Noto ( Unesco Heritage site) is at 10 km, here you can visit the splendid Cathedral. Those who prefer the sea can reach in 15 km distance the sandy beaches of the Ionian coast. At just 20 km is Mazamemi, a fishing village famous for its Tuna Fishery and fishermens "casuzze" in Arab-Phoenician style. Mazamemi is the ideal place to spend evenings in pubs, bars, various cafes and to enjoy the local specialties in excellent restaurants. From here you can also visit the south-eastern part of Sicily: within 100 km are Catania and Syracuse, 50 km Ragusa, Caltagirone and about 30 km are Modica, Comiso, Scicli and Pozzallo.
