The centre of Kalkan town is less than ten minutes’ walk away from the villa. Villa Dalkiran is laid out as follows: Ground floor: Open plan well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances including dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooker and hob. There is a dining table to seat 8. The spacious lounge area provides comfortable seating and a wall-mounted satellite TV + DVD player. There is also a utility room on this level with washing machine. Double bedroom with en-suite facilities. Separate shower room + WC. Ground Floor Annexe: Twin bedroom with en-suite facilities. An extra bed can be added to this room if required in order to make it a triple room. Please note that this bedroom is situated within an annexe on ground floor level that is separately accessed from the main part of the villa, therefore, its not suitable for young children. Its best suited to one, two or three teenagers who would enjoy the independence of being able to come and go as they please. First Floor: This floor houses three double bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities. Sea views can be enjoyed from every aspect of the villa. Outside the villa: Large infinity-edged pool (approximate dimensions are 8 metres x 4 metres plus separate baby pool). The pool terrace is furnished with two sets of comfortable furniture from which to enjoy the beautiful vistas. There are ample sun-loungers and parasols plus a shaded dining area to seat 8.
