The house has 200 m2 and it is ideal for families and little groups of friends, as it has 3 double rooms. There are two rooms with a double bed – one of them has en suite bathroom with hydro massage shower and a private terrace with views to the garden. The other room has two single beds. All rooms have closet, exterior windows and have enough space. The house has another huge bathroom with shower and bathtub. The house is build surround an old mill that has been restored. You can go up but remember to close the gate downstairs for children security. In the 50 m2 porch in front of the house, you will be able to have a pleasant breakfast, as it is equipped with table and chairs. There are as well some rocking chairs, perfect for a little rest. The house has two living rooms: there is one which is made of Majorcan stone and has a sofa with chaise long, satellite TV, AC, WIFI and a dining area with space for 8 people; the second sitting room has armchair, sofa and TV. The independent kitchen has everything you might need: toaster, microwave, kettle, juice maker, coffee maker, electric oven, gas stove, fridge and a lot more. You will as well find washing machine, iron and ironing board. Please, mind that pets are not allowed. The chlorine pool is 10 x 5 meters large and has a maximum depth of 2 meters. Next to the pool there is an area with sun beds where you will be able to relax. This area is surrounded with little lawn areas, although the exterior is mainly terrace. The location of the house in the centre of the island is perfect, as you can easily access everywhere. In Petra you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and train stop. Every Wednesday there is a local market where you can buy fresh products. The closest hospital is in Manacor, 12.6 km from the house. The area around Petra is particularly rural with fertile land and lots of farmers. The idyllic, rolling countryside invites you to take long strolls, to hike or to cycle and explore the beauty of this peaceful zone. You can still find lots of wind mills there. Its very romantic to walk along the small paths, passing cornfields, wind mills and old farms. On the horizon raises the "Puig de Bonany", this is with 317 meters the highest elevation of the area. From up there you can see big part of Majorca: starting with the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana through to the Bahía de Alcúdia. Furthermore, youll find a tiny church up there. Its beautiful! Manacor is just 10 minutes by car. There you will find any kind of shop and restaurants: Italians, sushi, tapas, Majorcan food, fresh fish and meat, etc. From Petra is very easy to get to the northern and south-eastern beaches, in between 20 - 20 minutes driving by car you can get to lots beaches. For us the best ones are: Ses Casetes des Capellans in Can Picafort, the natural beach Son Serra de Marina, Cala Magraner, Porto Cristo, Cala Morlanda, Portocolom and much more! We as well recommend visiting Cala Sant Vicenç and the beautiful town of Pollença. There, you can climb the 365 steps to El Calvari, where you will get fantastic views of the bay, the town and the mountains! Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
