The private chlorine pool is surrounded by a terrace and a nice garden. The pools size is 6 x 10 meters and depth is ranging from 0.8 to 2.1 meters. If you love sunbathing, you can make use of 8 sun loungers and 1 parasol if you prefer shade. Use the exterior shower before swimming or to refresh yourself. The furnished porch with barbecue is nice for a drink as it is a shady spot. Challenge family and friends at the ping-pong table and enjoy the exteriors of this country house! The plot is fenced and there are next-door neighbours. Indoors, you can expect a simple but cozy equipment, including a living room with A/C, fireplace, TV with satellite channels and a DVD-player. The kitchen offers a basic equipment like induction cooking top, microwave and oven. Bordering on the kitchen, theres a dining table with 8 chairs. The house provides you with a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds) as well as two bathrooms (one with shower and the other one with bathtub) on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the last one is fitted with a double bed. Theres a bathroom with bathtub and bidet on the first storey. A cot and a high chair are available upon request. All bedrooms come with A/C but only two have a closet. This country house is in a secluded spot surrounded by a forest. If you love nature, you may adore the rustic and rural landscape; where you can cycle and hike. Santanyí village is 7 km from the house and there you can shop, dine outside etc. You can explore this picturesque town strolling around the cobbled streets. A car is essential to move on the island and to access Majorcas lovely beaches like Cala Santanyí, Cala SAlmonia or Cala Llombards. Fresh fish and good seafood is offered in the restaurants of Portopetro and Colonia de Sant Jordi. Pets are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. There is outdoor parking for 6 cars. The wooden oven cant be used (only the barbecue). The check-in and check-out in July and August is on Saturday.
