The outside area of the house has an 8,5 x 4,5m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.6m to 2m. To access the pool you have to climb 3 steps and open a small door, so the access for the youngest members of the house is limited. In the surrounding area there is 1 outdoor shower, a total of 7 sunbeds and 2 umbrellas to relax while sunbathing. Note that on the street where the house is located there are 2 electricity towers. These towers do not produce any annoying sounds. Within the property there is a paved area including the parking area which has a total of 380m2. The most interesting places to visit are the three late Gothic and Baroque churches which date from the thirteenth century, the monastery of San Bartolomé or the chapel of Santa Magdalena, located on top of a small mountain declared of cultural interest. This mountain is also an excellent viewpoint of the whole island. And for those who wish to enjoy the nightlife in the town, they can visit the Plaza del Angel where there are several bars and terraces where you can take a drink. Only 25 min. away by car you can reach the Bay of Alcudia, which has over 30 km of coastline.
