The exteriors of this amazing house are really beautiful. Various terraces are furnished and decorated specially to make you enjoy your time in them, having breakfast with sea views, preparing tasty barbecues, sunbathing or even reading while feeling the sea breeze. And the best of all is that in front of them, there is a large garden area that reaches you directly to the sea. Right here you can swim next to the ships if you want to, although the pebbled beach is situated only 450 meters away or some minutes walking. The house is divided into 2 heights and on the main floor there is a wide living-dining room, ideal to relax as well as equipped with TV-SAT, DVD and sea views. There is also a totally equipped kitchen with a gas hob and all the necessary cooking utensils. You will find also a washing machine apart from an iron with an ironing board. There are two bathtub bathrooms in the house, one in each floor. Then, the four dormitories are on the upper floor, three of them featuring a double bed while the fourth one has two single beds. Likewise, only three of the bedrooms have wardrobe and only two have access to the terraces. A crib and a baby chair can be provided upon request. Alcanada is a very quiet and familiar urbanisation in the coast, since it is inhabited by the local people. There you can find some small supermarkets and a restaurant as well as a golf course. Its beach is a marvel if you are looking for being calmly and access to the beach in only few steps. In the small island situated in front of the beach, accessible by swimming, features a lighthouse. Keep in mind that if you feel like going to a sandy beach, you must drive to Puerto de Alcúdia, at 2.9 km. Pets are not welcome. Please contact the advertiser for the possible additional charges. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
