All units share a 9m x 5m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.6m to 2.1m, twelve sun loungers, an exterior shower, a terrace, a garden with fruit trees and a porch where you can enjoy a tasty barbecue. The terrace at the entrance of the apartment has a small garden, a perfect spot for a romantic get-together. The basically furnished kitchen with vitro hob is open to the nice sitting-dining room, where you can watch a film on the satellite-TV. The bedroom with two twin beds, A/C and wardrobe is characterized by a rustic stone-lined wall. A cot and a high chair are available upon request. The bathroom is equipped with bath tub. This nice apartment welcomes you also during the winter as it has central heating. The laundry is shared with the other apartments and there you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. This amazing rural area is a good location to explore the island, especially the beaches like Cala Mandia, Cala Romántica or Porto Cristo. Besides, you can practise hiking and cycling or just have a stroll through the nice paths around. Manacor offers all necessary amenities for an independent stay like supermarkets, restaurants, shops and much more. A car is necessary. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Theres exterior parking for 6 cars. Every 3 days, you have room cleaning and bedlinen and towel change included. The pool has no lightening.
