This 3-floor apartment with elevator counts with a terrace with views on the urbanisation. The apartment has a storage room with an exterior shower, which is perfect to wash off the sand, after a long day on the beach or to store the beach toys. The apartment is soberly furnished. The living- and dining room counts with a sofa, two rattan armchairs, a television and a dining table for 6. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stovetop and only basic utensils to prepare a meal during your stay (water boiler only on request). You can choose between three bedrooms: one has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the other two bedrooms have two individual beds each (90x180). All bedrooms count with a wardrobe. There is another bathroom with a bathtub for general use. On request, we can prepare a babybed and a high chair. The fine, sandy beach is only 150m away and is a relatively quiet and familiar beach. There is a seaside boulevard, for long walks or a coffee and an ice cream. In Playa de Piles you will find supermarkets, restaurants, playgrounds and all other services you might need. Gandia offers a beautiful old town, at 10km from the apartment, and the golf course of Oliva Nova is only 12,5km away. Note: We do not accept youth groups under 28 years for this apartment (except for families with children). We will need copies of all passports. Contact the advertiser for possible additional costs.
