Before a refreshing dip in the beautiful salt private pool which sizes 16 x 5.5 metres and 0.5 to 1.90 metres deep, you can have a delicious breakfast next to it or under the porch, with astonishing views. There is also a barbecue area and a glazed kitchen-dining room, with gas hob, where you can organize many lunches and suppers. And to enjoy the sun, there are 10 sun loungers and a beautiful lawn area. The construction functions with solar energy and distributes its stays on a ground floor and first floor. Once inside, there is a great living room provided with TV-SAT and a kitchen-dining room, equipped with ceramic cooktop. Then, there are 5 dormitories with wardrobe. On the ground floor, there is a two single beds dormitory, another one with bunk bed and another two with double bed. One of the double bedrooms, it has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs, you have the fifth bedroom with a double bed, terrace and an en-suite shower bathroom. Furthermore, there are two more shower bathrooms, one downstairs and the other one outside. A cot and a high chair are available. The living room, the kitchen-dining room and 4 bedrooms have air conditioning. For the winter, there is pellet heating. Campos is a village located in the south of the island and characterised by its rural and peaceful environment. The town is only 5.7 km from the property and it provides you with all the necessary services like restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, etc. The property is on the way to the beach, at 11.6 km, in addition to one of the most beautiful in Mallorca, the beach of Es Trenc. The air conditioning works with coins of 1€ or 2€. The price of each kw is 0.20€. There exists a -1 floor where there is only garage that is closed.
