The furnished terrace is a lovely spot to enjoy large breakfasts or great al fresco dining. Set on the first floor in a building without lift, this 80 m2 sized apartment features a bright and airy living room where you can relax after a nice day on the beach. Theres a dining area with table and 6 chairs as well as a basically equipped kitchen including a vitro stove top, an oven and a dishwasher. Besides, this apartment provides you with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms; two with a double bed each and one with one single bed. All bedrooms come with a wardrobe. If you come with your baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair. A bathroom with shower and bidet is available. Oliva is a nice, Mediterranean town, known for its beautiful, fine grained beaches with golden sand. The shallow waters makes the beach perfect for families with toddlers. The villages offers all necessary services for your stay, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The old town of Oliva and the natural park of Marjal are good ideas for a half day trip. Font Salada springs are wonderful for spending a day relaxing in its warm waters. If you fancy playing golf, theres a golf course a 7 km. Note: We cannot accept guests under 27 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Pets are welcome.
