The oval-shaped chlorine pool sizes 4.5 x 3 metres and its depth goes from 0.8 to 1.20 metres. It also offers an exterior shower and a fantastic porch that invites to enjoy meals all together and maybe to prepare a barbecue. On top of that, the pool can be heated. There are six sun loungers, perfect to relax after a delicious lunch, reading a book or listening to some music under the sun beams. The rooms in the house, with a modern furniture, are very luminous and open to the outside, in general terms. From the porch you can enter the dining - living area, with a beach-like and relaxing style thanks to its blues and warm colours. There you can watch satellite TV while refreshing with the air-conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob. You will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in the laundry room. The house offers two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Regarding the bedrooms, there are three in total; one has two twin beds, and the other two present a double bed and a closet. One of the latest has direct access to the garden.
