Set on the rocky coast in the north of Mallorca, this fabulous chalet is within a few steps of clear waters. Alcanada is a romantic spot where tiny fishermens boats pass by and the air is full of the smell of salt and sea. In the morning, take one of the 10 loungers and enjoy the first rays of sunshine. The terraces glass front allows an unobstructed view to the Mediterranean and the horizon. The house comprises two floors, each with a porch where you can enjoy great al fresco dining or play an exciting table tennis match. Twice a week, you can buy fresh vegetables at Alcúdias market and prepare them on the mobile barbecue - very tasty! The best of this chalet is without a doubt the private access to the sea and the rocky beach. After a short swim in the sea, you can use the garden shower to wash off the salt. The house comprises two floors with modern, airy rooms. You can rest on the sofa of the air conditioned living room with satellite-TV and DVD-player. Enjoy a tasty lunch with friends around the dining table with sea views. Next to the sitting-dining area, youll find the kitchen with vitro hob, oven, fridge, another dining table and much more. The laundry is fitted with a washing machine and an iron with ironing board. There are 5 cozy bedrooms. Two of them, each with a double bed, en-suite bath and access to the terrace are on the ground floor; as well as a separate toilet. Upon request, we can provide a cot and a high chair. The second floor surprises with a lovely dining area with big table and benches. All 3 bedrooms on the first floor have two single beds and two of them offer access to the terrace with amazing sea views. Theres another, separate bathroom with shower. All 5 bedrooms and the living-dining area are equipped with A/C. If you visit us during the winter, there are 14 electric radiators. Alcanada is a small urbanization in the north of Alcúdia. Many locals have chosen this town as a summer residence. There are some good restaurants and a small grocery shop. The highlight of the area is the 18-hole golf course of Alcanada. The beach is a mix of pebbles, sand and stones. If you prefer find sand, you can go to Puerto de Alcúdia, which is a family friendly area. You can make many excursions and trips in the north of the islands. One of the most beautiful settings is La Victoria, a small chapel overlooking the Mediterranean and the coastline. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
