In this summer house of a coastal residential area a great terrace is awaiting in the front of the house in order to enjoy a good coffee or an OJ together with cereals or toasts before you head to the beach to spend the day. On the main floor you will find 2 bedrooms with two twin beds each and a fan and also a bathroom with a tub for the whole floor. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs, two of them with a double bed and one more with a single bed. You will also find 2 bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a shower and a second living area with AC. The surroundings are perfect for family vacations since the area of Can Picafort is characterised for being a quiet place although lively at the same time thanks to the great variety of shops, restaurants, ice-cream parlours by the sea and the long promenade by the shore which is only 350 metres away. The long kilometres of fine sand and crystalline waters invite to swim and practice water sports like windsurf, kitesurf or maybe you feel like riding a water scooter. Then, those who love playing golf find the best course with wonderful sea views in Alcanada, about 14 km away. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
