Touching the sea, this cosy complex has such a marvelous communal exteriors that include a large lawn area and a chlorine pool. After having swam in it, - it sizes 9x5 m and has a depth of 0.5 to 1.6 m, and an integrated children’s pool that sizes 2x2 m and 0.4 m depth-, you just need to go out from the complex and you will immediately step on the sand. On the way back, the private terrace of the apartment invites you to lunch or dinner some savoury dishes. The apartment features a large living-dining room with TV, a beautiful ceramic hob kitchen, a bathtub bathroom, a toilet and three dormitories with wardrobe. Two of these have two single beds and the last one a double bed and space to allocate a cot and a high-chair. There are washing machine, iron and ironing board and a fan as well at your disposal. The accommodation is located practically on the sand of Oliva Nova beach. This big urbanisation offers all the basic services such as bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc., as well as a golf course at only 2.5 km. We also recommend you making some trip as, for instance, to the Parque Natural del Marjal or a visit to the historic center of Oliva. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. There are two parking places at the property. The holding of events and pets are totally forbidden. The pool is open all over the year from 9am till 9pm. Nonetheless, take into account that the periods of rest must be respected from 2pm till 4pm in terms of noise.
