The garden is a dreamy place thanks to its beautiful green areas surrounded by trees and mountains. In the center of this garden there is a beautiful private chlorine pool, 7 x 4 m and of 0.9 to 2 m depth, that invites to swim and relax oneself on 6 sun loungers. Then, you can play tennis, table tennis and finish the day preparing delicious barbecues under the porch. The privacy of the country house is absolute. When you come into the house, there is a cosy kitchen with gas hob, open to the living-dining room where you can eat all together and watch TV-SAT while resting on the sofa. There are three bedrooms with wardrobe and ceiling fan. The first one of them has two single beds, while the other two feature a double bed and one of those also offers an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with shower that services the entire house. We can also provide you with a cot and a high-chair. The equipment is completed with washing machine, iron, ironing house, two radiators and an additional fan. The property is located at 3.2 km from Felanitx village, where you will find restaurants, bars, supermarket, etc. The beach is in its nearby as well, at 12.8 km there is Cala Murada, although we recommend you going along the coast and visiting beautiful coves with spectacular waters such as Cala Santanyí or Cala Mondragó among many others. The holding of events is forbidden. Pets are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. There are three outdoor parking places.
