In summer the flats are rented separately (AT-6263-141 and AT-6263-142) and in winter they are rented together for 11 persons (AT-6263-140). The house also has a heated ski cellar, a bicycle garage and a lawn with a swing. In the summer you can also use the BBQ, which is at your disposal. If you come in the winter for a wonderful winter sport, then you can leave your car at home. The ski bus stop is 200 m from the house. The bus takes you in a few minutes to the nearby Spieljochbahn lift and to the well-known Hochzillertal/Hochfügen ski area. Fügen - Spieljoch is generally very quiet and therefore an ideal ski area for beginners and families with children.
