If you plan to walk, the forest lies at 2 km. The restaurant rests at 1 km for you to try some local delicacies. If you run out of essentials, the supermarkets are only 2 km. A private terrace and a garden with garden furniture are in place for you to enjoy some outdoor time. You can cook delightful meals in the well-equipped kitchen. This chalet has electric heating and parking. The nearest airport is 120 km away. In 2012 Obertauern had over 3 metres of snow - so bring your snow chains for the car if you can. The pretty village of Murau is a 30 minute drive from the Chalet. Have a lovely lunch at the Hotel Lercher, go for a walk around the village and maybe a swim in the afternoon at the large pool. Finally - why not have a summer picnic at the local bathing lake? Buy some sandwiches at the local supermarket and rest beside this small lake, where you can also swim.
